How should I do my makeup to go with a sexy schoolgirl costume?

I look like my avatar...Fairly short, dark brown hair, blue eyes and kinda tan.

Suggestions?

Not much makeup. Just act sexy--like you KNOW you look good.

Does anyone know how to make a modernized flapper costume?

I have a really cool idea for a halloween costume- a modernized flapper with wideleg pants, a sequined bolero and cute shoes but I don't know what to do for the top. I was thinkinf something with fringe but I haven't found anything. Can someone try to find me something to work with? I'm totally open to DIY for part of it. Can't make a whole shirt though.

Can't you get a tank top and sew on fringe rows to it?
You can get fringe at fabric stores like Joanne Fabric or maybe Micheal's?

I know they wore a lot of rouge. What about colors of eyeshadow they wore? Did they wear eyeliner? If so, what color? Any lipstick? What color? Fingernail polish?

I search and usually get sailor outfits and stuff like that. I'm just looking to be a classic pin up girl in lingerie like the 40's and 50's. I was thinking lingerie and not a dress. I'd wear different shoes though than these pictures.
